Drawing Rooms
Another area well known from Ashford Estate is it's yellow drawing room. Staying the same since the estate was built in 1735. Duchess Edith Hayes and all of the women before have said they just don't have the heart to change such a light, and happy room. Nearly everything in the room is yellow, from the walls down to areas in the rugs. >

The Halls
(Above)This is the main drawing room that everyone uses. On the first floor and closest to everything else, it is the main room where everyone meets together.

Parlours
(to the right) The men's parlor. Where men are only allowed. Men usually go here after dinner, to retire to talk about politics and drink brandy and smoke their cigars. >

(Above) The ladies' parlor. Where the women go if they don't wish to be bothered by the men. And also where the dress makers and shopping takes place.

Dining Rooms
The informal breakfast room. Usually only used by the Hayes family when guests aren't residing at Ashford.
The informal dinning room. Used by the Hayes family and when Ashford doesn't have too many guests or when it's just a normal night with the guests.
Ballroom:
Where the Hayes host their balls and parties with the guests that come and stay at Ashford.
Bedrooms
Here are just a few examples of what the bedrooms of Ashford look like. All have many different styles and themes.
